GMA Technical Recruitment has been retained to lead the search for a Director of Industrial Reliability Solutions.

This is a senior opportunity for an individual who combines deep technical expertise in industrial reliability with the commercial ability to influence C-suite decision-makers and drive strategic growth.

We’re looking for someone who can bridge the gap between engineering expertise and boardroom-level business strategy.

🔧 THE OPPORTUNITY

You’ll lead commercial growth and strategic account development across North America, working with major industrial organisations in:

▪️ Oil & Gas
▪️ Mining & Minerals
▪️ Power Generation & Utilities
▪️ Heavy Manufacturing

Your focus will be on building executive-level relationships, securing high-value opportunities and positioning reliability solutions as a strategic driver of operational performance.

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive revenue growth across the USA and Canada.

• Develop strategic relationships with C-suite executives and senior operational leaders.

• Identify, develop and close complex, high-value sales opportunities.

• Build a sustainable enterprise-level sales pipeline.

• Translate reliability improvements into measurable business outcomes, including increased uptime, reduced maintenance costs and improved asset performance.

• Champion solutions across vibration analysis, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance and Industrial IoT.

• Work collaboratively with engineering, product and service teams to deliver technically robust, commercially viable solutions.

👤 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’ll bring:

✅ A proven track record in senior technical sales, business development or commercial leadership.

✅ Strong experience in reliability engineering, condition monitoring, rotating equipment or industrial services.

✅ Excellent technical knowledge of vibration analysis, predictive maintenance and industrial asset performance.

✅ Demonstrable success winning complex, consultative sales opportunities.

✅ The credibility to engage with experienced reliability professionals and C-suite stakeholders.

✅ A strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on commercial results.

Extensive travel across North America will be required.
